We are looking at the cortical rotation during the first cell cycle of Xenopus.

A recipe from the south of France:

cook some swiss chard in the same way as spinach
(ie, wash the leaves with water, put into a pot and warm up until leaves are wilted)
saute in olive oil with raisins and pine nuts
